XERION: Neural community simulator

areas/neural/systems/xerion/
XERION is a neural community simulator from Drew van Camp on the
College of Toronto. It offers a library of routines for constructing
networks and graphically displaying them. Instance simulators embrace
Backpropagation, Recurrent Backpropagation, Boltzmann Machine, Imply
Area Concept, Free Power Manipulation, Kohonnen Internet, and Arduous and
Smooth Aggressive Studying.

See additionally SCIAM, a bit program that accommodates the fundamental kernel which
was printed within the September 1992 challenge of Scientific American.
